When I contacted them about the problem, they not only agreed to reprint it for me, but sent it to me by FedEx at their cost so that I would get it in time for the show. Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me.
Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package.
