Miss Anne, Burnaby | I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!

Bezen, | Love our enlarged canvas print. Our contact with Keen Art Media was reserved, but she assured us the print we selected would be fine for a 42\" x 31-1/2\" enlargement. Despite some doubts, we could not be happier with it. Will use Keen Art again.
