(I used other similar websites but they resulted in frustration and/or confusion or I was unable to customize my order; (2) assembling the final products was super easy to do and everything fit beautifully; (3) all necessary parts were included and (4) it is clear that everything is of high quality, right down down to the picture hangers. Anne W.,	Custom-cut Gatorboard The shipment arrived in one piece (btw- excellent packing) last night. Given the shipping mess this year that is pretty decent timing. My order was for what I saw as your longest Gatorfoam Board pieces at 36” I’m going to leave very positive feedback for you. I tried to reach any number of art material suppliers in Souther Ontario and they either didn’t reply or expressed no interest in an order. So, bravo to you guys! Happy Holidays to the team, JJ,	the frame looks good but... Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,
