I am Happy
I wanted a large photo print as a gift to my wife. The idea came to me late in the game so I hunted locally and on the internet to determine who could produce a large 60 X 40 inch print and if I could get it fast. I contacted \"KeenART\" and they said they could do it. I placed the order and uploaded the image. The outstanding quality print was delivered to Winnipeg on time. My wife opened it on her birthday and the photo brought tears of joy to her eyes. Unfortunately, the frame and print had been damaged in shipping. I contacted Reza at KeenART and informed her of the problem. KeenART promptly created another print and shipped it immediately. It arrived in perfect condition. Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works
