I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes.
I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame.
Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.
What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.

Nasim, | Not Happy... The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.
Other than that the framing and photo is very good.

I was so grateful with their speedy replies to my (many) emails as I tried to get two pictures of different sizes properly cropped to print as a set. Above and beyond what I would have expected, especially since I had ordered using a Groupon. I would recommend to anyone looking for a way to jazz up a regular print or create a beautiful gift.
